Competent Automobiles was established in 1983 and it is currently one of the leading Maruti Suzuki dealers in India. The first Maruti Suzuki outlet by Competent Automobiles was set up in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Since then, we have expanded our presence to Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and other regions of Delhi. The Competent Group is promoted by Mr. Raj Chopra. In Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), it is the only public listed company. Mr. Raj Chopra has played a key role in growth of the Competent Group, and he has interest in other sectors as well including, Construction, Hotels, and Entertainment. As of now, the Competent Automobiles has 19 showrooms and 13 workshops in Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Delhi, of NEXA and Maruti Suzuki.
